Raise a complaint about your data
If you think we hold something about you that is wrong, that we have shared something we should not have, or that we have not done something you asked us to do — tell us here. We will look into it and write back to you within 30 days.
You do not need an account. Anyone whose details we hold can use this page — including a parent or guardian complaining on behalf of a child, and someone whose application to join was turned down.
Who deals with this
We are finalising which admin is named as our Grievance Officer, and we would rather tell you that than print a name and an email address that nobody is watching.
In the meantime, the form below still works — your complaint is recorded, our admins are told about it straight away, and the 30-day clock starts the moment you send it. If you would rather speak to someone:

What happens after you send it
- 1You get a reference number on the screen. Write it down or take a photograph of it — it is how you can ask us later what happened to your complaint.
- 2Our admins are emailed immediately, and one of them takes it on.
- 3We write back to the email address you give us, with what we found and what we have done, within 30 days of you sending it.
Your complaint
If you are not happy with our answer
We are not the last word. If we do not reply in time, or you are not satisfied with what we say, you can take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India, which is the body set up by the government to hear complaints of this kind.
We have deliberately not printed an address for the Board on this page. Its contact route is set by the government and changes, and sending you to an out-of-date one would send your complaint nowhere at the moment you have stopped trusting us to handle it. Ask us and we will give you its current details, or look them up in the government’s own published guidance.
You may also want to read our privacy notice, which explains what we collect and the rights you have over it. If your question is not about your data, our contact page is the better place.
